We found Shawn's place through Facebook sharing. It is quite a drive for us to get there but feel it is definitely worth our drive. We and both my kids who have cars take their vehicles there too. We have NEVER been disappointed! He is honest, trustworthy, reasonable, and timely. He has awesome customer service and communication. You will always leave feeling confident your vehicle was fixed and taken good care of. Thanks Shawn!!

We go to Ryan for everything, our personal vehicles and the maintenance for my husbands work vehicles get done here now as well. Trustworthy, Dependable, flexible and always tries to get us in when works for us, and you cant beat the prices! Once Shawn was there late and my dad and I happened to have some car trouble, we made it barely to the shop and he went above and beyond to help us late into a Friday night so we could make a trip up to my grandmothers that weekend. Seriously amazing people!

I've taken my van to Shawn twice now for some repairs. Nobody can beat his prices. He has done a fantastic job fixing the issues I had. When I needed the air conditioning fixed he gave me options on how to fix it to fit my budget. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him.

Zero stars if possible. Dropped my car off to finish a wiring job and a few other jobs, they hold onto it for 6 weeks, do nothing, dent my car in two places, take huge chunks of paint off in places, and completely drench the seats and carpet, then let them sit long enough to mold. Would never recommend this place to even an enemy. Destroyed my project car. Horrible people. Horrible results, horrible service.

He let me know when it was done and he even did a bit more work that he didn't make me pay for the additional part as he told me before what it was going to cost me. Shawn and I first met when he was managing another auto repair business. I traveled quite a bit for work and was in there often getting my oil changed. What made this place so effective and trustworthy were their honest opinions. However, it was Shawn's advice and input that kept me coming back. With all the driving I was doing, he made sure I knew what to expect in terms of upcoming maintenance and what jobs were vital for the preventative care of my car. I drove over 100,000 miles in a few short years and never did my car break down or I experience any serious car trouble. Although I no longer drive for work, Shawn is still the first call when I need advice or help with my car. There's no one I trust more with this topic. This past year we recently purchased a car from Shawn for our business. The process was a breeze. First and foremost, you can't beat his prices! Secondly, but more importantly, the car is spot checked, maintenance completed and you know it's safe as you drive it off the lot. When I need a new personal car, I will certainly be going back. It can be tough to know where to go for a new-to-you car and repairs, but that all changed for me when I met Shawn of Eagan Auto Sales! I have known and trusted Shawn's work and advice for years! He always answers my "what's that" questions and really helps me to understand what is going on and what to best do about it. His prices are fair, his work both honest and exemplary, and he is one of the most genuine, helpful and honest people I know. Amazing customer service, very pleased with my purchase from Eagan Auto Sales. Shawn Eagan bent over backward to help make the experience a positive one. He took the time to explain, answer any questions I had, and prepare the vehicle/paperwork ahead of time. The most valuable characteristic was his ability to make himself available, available for questions or anything. I was out of the state when I was looking for a vehicle (originally from the area) and had corresponded with him about what my needs would be in a vehicle; I placed my trust in him, and would do it again.
