Brought in my car with a lot of issues, asked for a diagnostic and quote for only the issues that affected safety. They gave me an honest review of all the issues and then only quoted me the two things immediately affecting the driving. They had great communication, were very timely, and didn't charge me for anything I didn't ask for. I ended up choosing to sell the car, but I would come back again! Earned my trust.

I’ve been looking for a new car mechanic for years and I finally found that in Eagan Automotive! As a single woman I feel confident in going to them, knowing they won’t hike the prices because I’m a woman. They have great staff, talking to Brooke on the phone is a pleasure. She’s informative and very friendly. I’ve taken my 2021 Malibu, there for brake repair frontend work after an accident, battery replacement and oil changes. I’ve also had to pick my car up there after hours which is a breeze.. All in all I 1,000% recommend using Eagan Auto in Sun Prairie!!!!

I have never said this about an automotive repair shop before, but I 100% trust Eagan. They are upfront about pricing and what needs to be done and I strongly feel they don’t push any unneeded repairs. We pulled over to have our camper wheel check since my husband thought it was getting too hot. They came right out and helped us out taking it all apart and re greasing it and putting it all back together her for our piece of mind. Got us back on the road in 45 mins or less. 10/10!!! Also no charge! Very nice people they deserve your business.

This is a close and convenient mechanic shop for me, so im super glad that they lived up to the standards that I hoped for.
